Whilst I generally frequent my regular butcher in another town, sometimes there's a smallgood he doesn't stock (e.g. guanciale) - and Toni's do. The vibes I get from shopping here are German crossed with Balkan - an amazing range of smoked and cured goodies on offer. The bacon here for some reason always renders beautifully when oven baked. The fresh meat is on the expensive side but the few pieces I've had over the years have been of great quality.

This is a proper butcher, a bit expensive but the quality is phenomenal. Love their smoked bacon, absolutely delicious. You won't find anything like it around Toowoomba.

Completely disappointed. Was looking for a German sausage. Employee told me when that they had genuine german sausages for $19.99 a kilo and would get 10 in that. I drove all the way to this butcher shop. Asked for 1kgs worth. She charged me $25.91 instead of the $19.99 I asked for. Honestly the sausages were soft and falling apart. They tasted like pork sausages I would buy from Coles. Actually, I think the Coles ones might have abit more flavour. I won't ever return and for future reference when a customer asked for 1kg don't charge almost an extra $6.00!!

I have been shopping at Toni's for the last 42 years, and their salamis have always been great, but we've noticed the recipe has been altered since Toni's passing and it's a shame as they were always so flavoursome, but now not so much because the recipe is different, not as tasty.... Please guys don't wreck a good thing, bring back the tried and proven, as for the rest their pork crackles and such are good, but their salamis are letting them down 🙁

I actually purchase Toni's salami up here in Bundaberg from a little shop that caters for those on a Keto or Carnivore lifestyle. These different salamis are top notch, we are working our way through all the different textures and flavours and really enjoy them all. Well done to Toni's crew keep your small goods coming
