Amazing Steak Cold Beer but ..... uncomfortable seating no atmosphere and Staff not that friendly and helpful to older people. I watched an older couple leave as they did not want to use the table app to order and didn't feel comfortable. Maybe the Staff need to be more welcoming , they are happy to do their bit but nothing more, I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer. I hope this place survives as I often visit cairns and it is great alternative to the more pricey fancy places. Steak was amazing and very good value but would like more comfortable seating for a smaller groups of two. The seats were hard and uncomfortable, even the bar stools were not inviting, maybe look at the atmosphere love my sports but it had nothing.

Food was on point and the staff were awesome. The venue is seriously good — indoor/outdoor seating and an upstairs space that would be perfect for parties or functions. My only suggestion: this place has way too much potential to be shutting at 9pm and staying so quiet — later hours and a bit more music/vibe would make it an absolute hotspot. I’ll definitely be back.

Staff we helpful and friendly, meals we well priced and were delicious. Would definitely recommend these guys if you are looking for a nice place to eat.

This place was really wonderful. I couldn’t catch what they said in English, but they immediately used a translation app to communicate with me. When I went there again on another day, they greeted me with a big smile, saying, “You came back!” I had such a great time. The prices are reasonable, and I truly recommend this place.
