Don’t bother coming in an hour before close unless you only want prepackaged items. No mince on display and they wouldn’t mince any as they had already “cleaned the mincer”. I understand arriving closer to closing but come on? 4pm on a Saturday you guys should have mince available and continue to serve your customers.

Came in yesterday for some meat for the Barbie and had an amazing young lady help me choose some steak. She then offered to slice it and put it into some vacuum packs to keep it fresh for longer. Honestly the level of service and eagerness to help and go above and beyond took me by surprise and was so refreshing! Thank you guys for making my day, it was just a trip to the butchers which I didn’t expect to be anything but ordinary and I walked out with a great slab of steak and a smile! Well done team!

my partner and i came in for some dinner ideas this afternoon - the service that Bennaya provided was top notch! she greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, and talked us through some ideas for tonight for easily half an hour. she is super knowledgeable and definitely easy to ask dumb questions to, great laid back sense of humor too! Jessie is also a little legend and an absolute comedian! thanks for the yummy sausage sample too guys! keep doing what you’re doing, see you next time 🥩

From my first time ordering to every time since, Super Butcher do everything right! Ordering online is simple and efficient The order is cut, packed and ready to be picked up the next day!. The meat is sustainably sourced, great value and the quality.....Is Amazing! Then there's the staff - what a credit and asset they are to the business. Always friendly, always helpful, nothing is every any trouble for them. Never will I ever buy meat from anywhere else.

I would like to make an observation or leave a comment regarding the excellent service I received this morning from the young man who served me this morning at Super Butcher. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but as soon as I entered the store, he waved at me and was very helpful and attentive. I'm definitely a new customer for the service and for the promptness in offering to cut a piece of bone for me. Thank you very much for the good experience as a customer at Super Butcher.
