Came in on Sunday to grab some rump steak because the last time we bought it, it was really good. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different story. When I got it out of the bag to throw it on the BBQ, I couldn’t believe how poorly it had been cut - it looked like it had been done with a butter knife. The thickness was all over the place, and the centre was so thick it was more like a roast than a steak and butchered to death by a butter knife. I cooked it medium, but it was incredibly tough and chewy. Honestly, it turned me off so much that I ended up throwing it in the bin - $60 completely wasted.

First visit here. Great Staff. No waiting time. Staff greet you well and make sure you are looked after as soon as you arrive, even with plenty of other customers in store. Great selection of top quality meats. Will definitely be back!
