Been driving past here for years and never stopped. Finally decided too and for someone with giant expectations on my produce it was.... GREAT meat looks tastey and fresh and staff extreamly helpful for everything I needed. Staff member offered to chop up brisket bones for my dogs as they were way too big. Asked for 2 steaks the same. I just wish the young guy with half a moustache had paid attention 😪 He was too busy talking to the young girls he was working with. Now I have to go to a different butcher to get another steak to go with this off cut... UPDATE, When you go out of yr way to drive there, which is 30 minutes away for me, and I spent over $200, I can not drive back for a refund. PLUS I WAS VERY DIRECT WHEN TELLING THIS PEANUT.!!! So there were not any mistakes 🤔 😕 My time is more precious than what you think of me...

Every once a while you get a very disgraceful and unsatisfied employee who treats their customers in a worst way possible. If you can’t serve something in a certain way, please tell it nicely. If not please come to my house, my 8 year old will teach you how to have basic manners to talk to people. You made a mistake and please take ownership of it when someone gives you feedback. Or requests you stuff! I could not find a contact to report this. So writing this review in anticipation this will be taken seriously. Else, it’s fine. I will understand I wasted my time on wrong people. Thank you.

Great quality meats and a really good variety on offer. The staff are great at offering suggestions and cooking advice as well as slicing meat up on request. The weekly specials offer really good value for money and the quality of the meats out ways and extra cost.
