I recently had the pleasure of dining at Seoul Mate, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience. The Korean food was absolutely amazing every dish was bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly balanced spices. Every bite was a delight. The quality of the ingredients really stood out and it was clear that the chefs put a lot of care into each dish. But what really made the experience stand out was the customer service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. They took the time to explain the menu and even offered great recommendations. It's rare to find a place that nails both the food and the service, and Seoul Mate does it effortlessly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The portions here are so generous, and the whole table comes out looking amazing. All the side dishes are free and refillable, which I love. The meat is super delicious, and I’ll definitely be coming back often!

The design, furniture, tableware – every detail is thoughtfully chosen – creating the perfect Seoul ambiance. The food? Simply outstanding. Every bite was bursting with authentic flavour, and the variety of side dishes complemented each other beautifully. Absolutely loved our experience at Seoul Mate Wollongong! The food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavour – especially the budae jjigae and all the side dishes. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted homemade. The service was super friendly and warm, and the staff made us feel very welcome. My kids had such a fun time and enjoyed every bite – which says a lot! The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a family meal. We'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic and comforting Korean food!

Came to support the opening of this beautiful new restaurant and had my expectations blown away. The atmosphere is so homey and yet the neon signs, South Korean city backdrop and dishes can simultaneously transport you straight to South Korea. The staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating all the time, and there are even call buttons on each table so that whenever you need assistance, you can have it immediately. Every dish seems so beautifully made, not to mention immensely tasty. Had a wonderful time at Seoul Mate, and will be returning with friends and family soon!
