Wow… what an evening!! We ate here as a family of 4 adults during our time in Sydney and think this was the best meal of the whole trip! We ordered the Christmas special board and upgraded the steak to a Tomahawk. The plate included, calamari, prawns, chicken wings, ribs, chips, sausage and of course the steak… everything was delicious and cooked to perfection! We had some pork belly to start and then finished with some sorbet which were recommended by Gary. Soooo mix food and it tasted so good it was hard to leave any… although we had to in the end! Gary along with all the staff gave us amazing service and the atmosphere in the restaurant was superb. Could not recommend more. It came up as a suggestion on copilot and I am so glad it did. Definitely add it to your places to eat if you are visiting Syndey! I’m just sad we didn’t have enough time to go again before we left but would definitely return if we go back to Sydney!

Our group of 6 had dinner on Christmas night. We had made a booking which was a good idea as they were quite busy. Food and drinks were all good...my personal fav was the frozen Lemon Margarita which was absolutely delicious! The menu has lots of meat dishes but we were given the vegetarian/vegan menu and it was good too! Everyone in the group was happy with their choice and the serving sizes were very generous. The service was very friendly and efficient. There was a public holiday surcharge but all up the cost was as expected. Recommend! 👌🏻

If you’re looking for typical Australian food, this is not the place—it’s classic American cuisine. The flavors are great, and the portions are generous and very filling. The service was genuinely nice and attentive. The whiskey steak was really good, but the New York steak left a lot to be desired; I wouldn’t recommend it. We ordered medium-rare, and the doneness was perfect.

Had a great experience at Roast Republic. Huge thanks to Marino for taking such good care of me — super accommodating and attentive. He recommended the rib-eye steak, and wow… cooked perfectly, juicy, rich, and full of flavour. Proper old-school steakhouse goodness. The food was genuinely yummy and satisfying, and the service made it even better. Will definitely be back. Cheers!

Roast Republic absolutely deserves its flowers. I’ve traveled all over the world, and this spot is easily in my top three. The grilled meats are on another level, packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The sauces are incredible, the quality is elite, and the staff is some of the nicest I’ve ever met. The venue itself is stunning, with beautiful glass ceilings and a clean, modern vibe that makes the whole experience even better. I even had the chance to meet the top manager, and you can tell they truly care about their guests and the standard they keep. If you’re looking for memorable food, great service, and an atmosphere that stands out, Roast Republic is a must-visit. 10 out of 10.
