The BEST butcher I have ever been to in my life. The small shop makes it feel homely. The people there are all very personable, a small knit family that really cares about product and quality. It really is an experience from the food, to the products they sell to their service! Thank you for catering to me and my allergies. If you are garlic and onion intolerant like me and want โnormalโ food again this family can help! I had the beef sausages from the freezer for dinner and they were wonderful. Thank you.
Keenan did not try my pickled garlic but still bought $510 worth of my Cypress Ridge Produce specialities. Google them to find out what he has instock for Christmas! A great locally owned butcher in East Toowoomba. Quality products, with excellent & friendly service from all the team at Millers. Very fortunate to get a message when a special order such as Robbins Island arrives. Pie Friday is a must too.
Updated June 2024๏ผ $25/kg Borrowdale pork shoulder was a rip off! The same thing is $12 at HFM, while similar quality at MC is $17. Won't be back. NEVER. At the very first bite of their sausage roll, I understood why someone would drive all the way from Brisbane to stock up every few weeks. Good comfort food like this is well worth it, just the same as the drive to Brisbane for some great dim sum.
