Absolutely do not recommend going to. I visited this place a couple of months ago. The owner is extremely rude this is not worth going to if you want quality cuts. He also deleted my review. I think that’s a really big sign on who the owner actually is

I went to get just 1 hamburger. My bank card declined twice which made no sense. I got a bit flustered They gave me the burger and trusted me to drop the $ off today. Plus they have the nicest cuts of meat.

Nothing but the best, between the high quality of meats to the lovely nature of the staff. This was my go-to while I resided in the region of Ballarat. The jalapeno kabana is unbeatable, I know this because I tried most of the butchers in Ballarat before this one and since leaving the region, I am still trying to find anything on par. The offal was well priced and high quality, a much better alternative to canned pet foods, both my cat and dog loved the offal from here. The handmade sausage rolls were a perfect alternative to the big chain junk food brands, instead of buying into mega cooperations. the sausage rolls were my go-to when I had kids over for playdates and we never had any leftovers. Supporting local is important. The special-order Christmas meats were in a league of their own, you can tell a great amount of thought and experience has gone into sourcing their meats. The fact they offer the option to pay off the Christmas meats in advance is such a bonus, showing they respect the balance between high quality and affordability. And finally, they are a beautiful bunch of people, it really was an all-rounded experience. Integrity, respect and kindness, you can't put a price on this. You shouldn't put a price on it either, highly recommend.

I called in to see the guys before I drove back to the territory and I bough some of these bad boys. Two steaks only just fit on a webber Q BBQ . I cooked two one for myself and one for the misses, but we could have gotten away with just cooking one! Beautiful meat and great service! I'll see you next year boys!
