We were blown away by the service. They made us feel very special and they made our Birthday girl's evening a real delight. The meal was Devine. I learned something new about the 3 different salts on our table. It was a whole package experience. If I lived in Melbourne, Marbl would be my Favorite restaurant that i'd go to time after time. Marbl Steakhouse in Prahran, and honestly — it was the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. The eye fillet was buttery soft, perfectly cooked, and full of rich flavour. You can taste the care they put into every detail, from the in-house sauces to the presentation. The staff were so kind and genuine too — it made the whole experience feel special. I walked out smiling, already planning my next visit.

An unforgettable birthday dinner experience! My wife and I dined at Marbl Steakhouse Prahran to celebrate her birthday, and it was nothing short of exceptional. I ordered the 350g Rib Eye On The Bone (Pasture Fed, Wet Aged 28 Days, Gippsland) and my wife had the 200g Eye Fillet—and wow. Without exaggeration, these were among the best steaks we’ve ever had. Perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavour. The service was top notch—warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The team truly understands the art of hospitality, and it made the night even more special. The ambience was spot on too—elegant, welcoming, and just the right balance of buzz and intimacy. I asked to personally thank the Manager, Alon, and he humbly shared that they take pride in cooking their steaks with love and care—and it absolutely shows. If you’re a steak lover or simply looking for a special dining experience, Marbl is a must-visit. We’ve certainly found a gem and will be back!

Dinner here was great! We visited based on strong recommendations from a couple of friends—and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The experience did not disappoint. We loved the place, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout the evening. A special thanks to Alon, Ben, Preston, and Charlyn—they made everything flow so seamlessly and beautifully. The steak was a standout—tender, full of flavour, and cooked perfectly. Great food, great service. We’ll definitely be back!
