This new steak house is one of Merryland's hidden gems, we have come out for dinner here 4 times now in the last 3 weeks and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great feed and awesome service. We have had the cheesy steak slow cooked diablo subs, the creamy mushroom chicken, the steaks and all the sides. All of these were fantastic. The staff are courteous and helpful. Cannot wait to go back again!

A great first impression: Rashid was a standout from a very attentive and friendly staff. Engaging and descriptive on all the menu item we asked about. Jess was also super friendly and helpful! The steak selection has a good variety and reasonable price tag when considering the quality. The $22 rump is a great example. Juicy, melt in your mouth steaky goodness perfectly cook to medium/rare as requested. The 500g rib eye was succulent, blushing brilliance. Another perfect cook. Ample sides to choose from compliment nicely. It should be noted that Merrylands is BYO on alcohol, so grab a nice bottle of red and enjoy! If you have room for dessert the cookie skillets are an indulgent treat that's a great sharer.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious especially the steaks, which were cooked to perfection and truly to die for. The service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxing evening out. Everything from the presentation to the flavors exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and great service!

I recently ordered the 200g centre-cut Angus eye fillet topped with creamy garlic prawns, accompanied by salad and fries, and finished with an apple crumble for dessert. Both dishes were exceptional. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, tender and flavourful, truly melting in the mouth. The creamy garlic prawns complemented the dish beautifully, adding richness without overpowering the natural taste of the beef. The apple crumble was a delightful conclusion to the meal—warm, well-balanced, and comforting. The chef (Chef Shadman) demonstrated remarkable skill and attention to detail, and the wait staff were courteous, friendly, and professional, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. I highly commend both the kitchen and service teams for their outstanding work and would gladly return in the future.

Loved the atmosphere, loved the butcher to table concept. staff was very friendly, we were s group of 8 with 2 kids, and was seated in minutes. Please book if larger group.
