Literally delicious and I would visit again even if I wasn't in the hotel. Atmosphere and service is super good and staff is friendly. Food is like super good and very pretty

Stunning interior with attention to detail from leather bound menu to the beautifully curated table settings. Sashimi platter presentation is a true highlight, served with ice smoke and four different dipping sauces, each for different seafood and sashimi cuts. The citrus dipping sauce pairs perfectly with the turn belly, cutting through the oiliness and balancing the natural richness of the fish. Mushroom and yam soup is very comforting with a balanced flavour profile that feels nourishing. Service is attentive as well.

Had the $99 per head set menu. Food was nice and fresh, with a good variety. Sushi course was a bit disappointing as the 8 pieces had only 2 different types. Wasnt a fan of the dessert course but thats just me. The biggest complaint I have is that we purchased the bottle of Moet and Chandon ($99) which was opened then placed in an icebucket by the bar for the waitress to serve to us as required. All fine. Except that on one occasion, she filled my glass then said, "oh, theres a fly in your glass", then promptly took it away and came back with a clean but empty glass which she refilled from the bottle. So about $20 worth of my champagne tipped down the sink because they had fly in the restaurant. Not happy. At the very least I should have been offered a glass of sparkling to replace the one tipped out.

Well, 5 stars hotel and Japanese fine dining and for us special occasions and spend more money than casual restaurants that they usually get more expectations of quaility of food and service. However, pp $99 was nothing special flavour of food. Wagyu was tough and chewy and the sushi chef's selection was just sushi rolls we can get it from T/A good sushi shop qaulity tbh. Service was being so slow even waited for sushi rolls for main around 20 min in the middle of course that I had to asked for three times different waiter and manager. And then we waited another 20 min for the dessert which I requested for a birthday and it was not really special. In the meantime, I tried to look at up to eye contacts with other staff but it was really hard as most of them avoided. I asked for a bill (tax invoice) for a car park and also waited longer than I expected. If this restaurant is casual Japanese cuisine then I would understand totally. 5 stars casino hotel and this quality of service and food and the mind set & attitude of work staff were disappointed at me and partner as she's actually a Japanse. Shameful.

The experience was 10/10. The food is fresh and tasty. We had ceviche, nigiri, sushi rools and tempura. Salma, the waitress, recommended donatsu for dessert - it was amazing. The service Salma gave us was outstanding. She is attentive and kind. It was my birthday and she sang the Venezuelan birthday to us, we loved it. Thanks Salma!!!❤️😊
