The meat is top-notch. The staff are incredibly friendly and the services are fast and efficient!

Lot of rare parts of pig and cow even lamb can be found here, very suitable for tranditional Chinese, Korean dishes or soup. The staff even will tell you the stock available is fresh or frozen.

When I lived in Sydney, it was very easy to buy pork and chicken meats from various Chinese butchers. There were plenty of Chinese butchers available in Haymarket, Eastwood, Chatswood, Burwood, Hurstville, Campise and Cabramatta etc. Due to the huge demand of meats from various Chinese butchers in Sydney, most of them are selling very fresh and good meats. Sadly, in this little quiet Adelaide, I haven't seen many Chinese. Perhaps due to very limited demand, it looks like there is no sizable Chinese butcher exists. I dreamed on this Chinese butcher could be my last hope but I visited it today and found it not exactly the case😥 What I usually buy from Chinese butchers but not available here includes: 唐排，飛排，一字排， 有骨豬扒，冇骨豬扒，西施骨. Luckily they still have something that I usually buy: 豬展, 豬腩肉, 豬柳 etc. Having said that, they still offer quite a wide range of meats and they looked quite good compared with most other meat counters / Chinese butchers available in various Asian supermarkets in Adelaide.
