Grabbed a big pork shoulder to smoke - beautiful meat. The jerky is amazing (everyone thinks it looks funny and then can’t believe how good it tastes). Best jerky I’ve had in Australia. Thanks for making me try it! Cabanosi is brilliant too.

On a recent trip to Geelong we found this butcher and decided to give them a go as the sign outside said they only sell grass fed beef, cure their own bacon and make their own sausages on the premises. The steaks and sausages were some of the best we have had in recent memory. Again the bacon didn't disappoint and the roast lamb was superb. We will be back on a day trip to Geelong and pack the car fridge.

The absolute best! Everything is so authentic and delicious, the bacon, the hamburgers, the jerky! You will not find better. Cannot recommend Peter and his staff more highly. I can only assume previous reviews about having negative service were with the old owners because these guys are always so accommodating.

Amazing service and really high standard of meat varieties and cuts. Can't do enough for you. Booked my daughter's birthday spit through them (available for hire) and got great guidance on what to put on it and why. Just a great place to call my local butcher. Couldn't recommend them enough. So kind. And we don't eat a lot of meat in our house so writing this review as their service was a step up from what one would expect.
