Don't often do reviews, but every so often one is so well warranted and thoroughly deserved. Try to be brief, I purchased a Xmas ham from Hasties Wollongong yesterday.Unfortunately within an hour of that purchase, due to a quirk with timing, I was notified by my employer that an annual Xmas gift ham was ready to pick up, also from Hasties.Not needing both hams i decided to return to the store to request a refund or exchange on the original purchase. Have to say during this process, given that these circumstances, and the resultant overburden of ham were no fault of Hasties,the manner I was dealt with, both during the original purchase and return, the high level of courtesy and understanding shown, was absolutely first rate, a real credit to the staff. My wife and son regularly purchase meat at Hasties.The quality of the product is evident in the tasting,but they often rave about the great service,I now understand why.Merry Xmas to the staff at Hasties,thanks again for your patience, much appreciated.🎄👍🎄

We love coming into Hasties to get all our general meats but it’s always an interesting trip in as there’s always such an amazing assortment of items and their gourmet products are to die for. If you haven’t been here before you’re missing out and the fact they are open 7 days is such a great convenience too!!

Unreal customer service everyone is super friendly and more then welcoming. Been comining here weekly for years because they consistently have the best variety and quality of meat in town. If you have any questions or special orders just ask and they will sort you out. Strong community feel and couldn't recommend them enough. I wish more stores operated like this.
