Went to Graze meats on Friday. The older man with the glasses, who really looks like he should be at the back, rather than customer facing was so rude. The guy wouldn’t know the etiquette on how to speak or treat a customer even If it smacked him in the face. Not that he would care. He is arrogant, dismissive and ignorant! All The pre-cut meat is so thick. We’re talking about 800-900 grams a steak. Well not everyone likes their steaks thick. People go to butchers to have their steaks cut to their liking otherwise we’ll just go to woolies or Coles! Anyway, we asked for T-Bone and Rump and if it could be cut thinner and the answer was a direct NO. We also asked for 2 specific steaks in the display tray, he said it’s the same meat and just chose 2 of his picking! I mean seriously, what a disgrace! Anyway we cut our order short because we’d had a gut full of this individuals behaviour and went to Tarrawanna meats to get the rest of the meats we needed for the BBQ and the experience couldn’t have been more different! The guy was attentive, nothing was a problem, it’s like he wanted us to buy there rather than Balgownie where it was like being an annoyance! Anyway Graze meats will never see us again and I would recommend others avoid the place too. You won’t miss out on much, meats not that great either! Very average

Honestly the best butcher I've ever been to. Tonight's scotch fillets were superb. Best I've ever cooked. But literally everything here is fantastic!

Was looking for South American style Asado beef ribs and they were more than happy to help me out with custom cuts. Delicious quality, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Wayne at Graze Butchery. From the moment I walked in, he was rude, dismissive, and acted like my request was an enormous burden. There was absolutely no courtesy, no interest in helping, and certainly no respect for the customer. Despite being very clear about what I wanted, I was handed something completely different — and still expected to pay for it. When I politely questioned it, I was met with more attitude instead of a simple apology or correction. There’s no excuse for that kind of treatment, especially in a local business that should value its customers. I’ve supported many butchers over the years, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — somewhere I’m listened to, respected, and not made to feel like an inconvenience.

Great eye fillet. Super tender and fresh. Great options for cuts and other things.
