Last night I had dinner with my girlfriend at El Corte and we honestly had the best time! The service was so warm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious - especially the steak and desserts (chef’s kiss!). We were even lucky enough to watch the Darling Harbour fireworks right from our table, which made the night extra special. Perfect mix of beautiful views, amazing food, and lovely hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

The service here is extremely lacking. I got my appetizer OK but then they lost my main entrée order. It was only after I asked that they found out that they lost it and had to put it back in. The food is OK. I got one empanada and I had too much bread for my taste. The server did bring me a free plate of olives while I waited for my entrée.

Had a great meal here, really nice food, lovely setting, views, and atmosphere, and really great service. Loved the salsa and regaeton playing for the time we were there too. We ate the chorizo, a beef empanada, bife de chorizo steak, papas bravas, and sprouts shared between two of us. It was all delicious especially the steak and chorizo. There was a slight mix up with our order where our empanada came out quite late, but our server offered it to us for free which was greatly appreciated. The drinks and wine were a little bit expensive. $21 for a fernet with coke seemed very pricey for what it was. I'd go back here in a heartbeat, it was very nice.

Overall: 6/7 Decent variety of menu with high quality ingredients, well seasoned and well balanced. Relative for Sydney… decent value for money. Kingfish ceviche: 5/7 Very light and fresh. Perhaps could have been salted slightly more. Vitel tone pampeano: 5/7 Great veal. The tuna cream is… interesting. Strangely works but not the biggest fan of canned tuna taste. Portuguese chicken: 6/7 Super tender and juicy. Meat is marinated and flavourful throughout. Mushroom gnocchi: 6/7 Excellent gnocchi, fluffy but structural. Sauce is great and flavourful. Dry age cube roll: 6/7 Definitely one of the better steaks I’ve had outside, really well seasoned and cooked to MR with crust.

Lovely dinner at El Corte, The best Steakhouse of Sydney. We had a fantastic night at this steakhouse. Since the moment we arrived we were received and welcomed like if we were at home. Food was incredible, tasty and more important authentic argentinian food. The waitress Flor was the best part of the night, she was incredibly attentive, solve all our doubts and gave as the best recommendation, always with a big smile in her face, making our night a really special one. Also have to mention the great service from Gise and Sofi that were so kind and friendly. Overall the best dinner we have had in Australia so far.
