Thank you team for a wonderful night back in Ballarat. My wife and I had a perfectly seasoned and cooked porterhouse as well as a delicious beef wellington. We also had the pastas for entree which were great. Plus I recommend the Walnut Liqueur from Croatia, a very nice find :)

We had the pleasure of dining at Dyers in Ballarat, and wow — what an incredible experience! From start to finish, everything was just amazing. We ordered the Wellington — absolute perfection — and the Kilpatrick oysters were divine. The eye fillet was cooked to perfection, and the sauces were next-level delicious. And don’t even get me started on the desserts… to die for! Huge compliments to the chef. A big shout-out to Tania and Bel, who made the night even more special. Their service was warm, friendly, and full of personality — they’re absolute gems and definitely deserve a pay rise! They even surprised my husband with a sparkler and lollies for his birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the night truly memorable. The only (tiny) hiccup was that the coffee was a bit too hot, but honestly, that’s nothing compared to how perfect the rest of the evening was. We’ll definitely be back — the scotch fillet is calling our name next! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Exceptional services. Foods are great. I absolutely LOVEEEE the seafood platter. Honestly amazing. Sauce was beautiful. I would come just for it. We also got the eye fillet and porter house with roasted veggies and chat potatoes. Steak was tender, PERFECTLY cooked to the specification of Medium Rare. However I feel that the steak was overly salted, so was the chat potatoes. The roasted veggies balanced it out a little by having no salt except the beets which was super salty. One other small note was we wanted Coke and they actually didn't have Coke, it was off brand Cola and that was very odd. Service was wonderful, they keep checking in on us and everyone was super friendly and kinda.

The best steak we ever had! It was cooked to perfection and just melted in the mouth 🤩 The pasta too was delicious and cooked beautifully Al Dente. Thank you 👩‍🍳 Would 💯 percent recommend the venue. Definitely returning with friends. What a great accomodating team running this venue.

Fabulous mid week meal for my husband's birthday. Service was very attentive and friendly. Oysters super fresh. Steaks on point and served with good flavours. Cheese and dessert delicious. Most surprising a excellent vintage bottle of wine at a very good price point. Perfection
