Went there for a chill night out with my friends and had the most memorable time. Started off with one of the cocktails recommended by the bartender, Christian, and it was just absolutely delicious. Followed up with a bowl of fries and even tried their crocodile dumplings! Second drink was a Gin and Sonic (Soda and Tonic water) made with their in house distilled Gin. Ended the night with a round of popcorn shots that were just so mind blowingly good I’m definitely heading back for a second time asap!

An absolute hidden gem in Darwin city. We stumbled on the venue walking through Darwin on a hot afternoon. We we're welcomed into the interestingly decorated lounge bar by the friendly and very accommodating bar staff. After we had been made comfortable the recommendation of a cocktail and house distilled gin and tonic were brought to our table. Quite possibly the best cocktail I've ever experienced and the gin is to die for. 10/10 We'll definitely be back.

Charlie's is right up there with the best dining experiences in Darwin. I love the relaxed dimly lit atmosphere, perfect for a more intimate experience. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into the decor. The service is always fantastic, the staff are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, but not over the top. The food is always amazing. The kangaroo carpaccio is one of the best dishes I have had period. It's a gem.

And just like that... I found my favourite cocktail bar in Darwin! New to Darwin and I've been trying to find ultimate cocktails 🍸 Charlie's was recommended to me by a work colleague and thank goodness! The atmosphere 10/10 The staff 10/10 The drinks 1000/10 This isn't just a cocktail bar, it's an experience. Bravo 👏 👏 👏

I went here last night to celebrate my 20th birthday with friends - what an experience! The service was amazing, I think his name was Leonard? He was very attentive to our table, refilling our glasses when empty and checking up on our meals. The food was absolutely delicious. The Taste of the Territory platter was just so flavourful. I would definitely order it again! If you don't know what to order from the menu, the platter has a little bit of everything, so it was really convenient for someone as indecisive as I am. Definitely would return for a quieter date night though as the ambience in the restaurant suited it more than a group celebration I feel? The terrace outside would've been better but the weather's just too hot to properly enjoy it. Bottom line is I'm definitely coming back!
