Charcoal Restaurant (RACV Hobart) โRating: โญโญโญโญโญ โA fantastic dinner featuring top-tier Tasmanian produce. The Cape Grim Scotch Fillet was the starโperfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. Donโt skip the Scallops with Seaweed Butter; they are melt-in-your-mouth perfection. โThe seafood was exceptionally fresh, especially the King Prawns, and the charred asparagus made for a great smoky side. We also loved the creative mocktail listโthe Virgin Red Dragon and Island Passion were refreshing hits. โProfessional service and a warm atmosphere make this a must-visit in Hobart. 2 pleasant people serving on new year's day. We, family of 3, turned up without a booking and were let in. My daughter's words about the 300g steak, "amazing". I had the sweet potato gnocchi. It was great. My wife settled for the salmon entrรฉe. Great food.
We had a great last minute dinner here! Id like to personally thank Tirrisa for such a delightful and kind service, she was such a gem from booking to dining! We ordered scotch fillet and the market fish & both were so delicious and well cooked! Thank you for having us :)

Sensational food , excellent service just a quiet night which isnโt a bad thing. We had the charred sourdough and scollops as an entree then the Atlantic salmon and barramundi as mains . If you come to Hobart Charcoal needs to be on your list .
