I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Thai fine dining restaurant really deserves one. From the outside it honestly looks like a flower shop, but once you step inside it completely transforms into a luxurious, beautifully styled space. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive without being overbearing. We ordered the Thai fried rice with crab and the Massaman curry, and both were outstanding, easily the best I’ve had anywhere in Victoria. The flavours were rich, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. The kingfish carpaccio was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, with a delicate balance of flavours. I highly recommend the kingfish, it’s a must-try! . And the Thai milk tea tasted exactly like the ones I get in Thailand. This place is truly a hidden gem in Ballarat. I’ll definitely be coming back, especially for special occasions or when I want to bring my family and friends to celebrate something together.

Cattleya is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is both cosy and spacious, a comfortable setting to relax and enjoy a meal. The food was outstanding — everything was beautifully cooked, and the steaks in particular were incredibly tender and full of flavour. We will definitely be returning again. Highly recommended.

We experienced modern Thai flavours at my favourite eating point in Ballarat 💗 From the signature Lady Cattleya cocktail to the perfectly grilled tiger prawns, everything was a treat for the senses 🍹🍤 As always, we had a wonderful time there with great company and delicious food. We absolutely love this place and staff are super friendly, exceptional service, fast service and amazing food and cocktails. If you love fresh flavours and stylish vibes, this is the place to be!
