I came here a few weeks ago and it was such a wonderful experience. The food was delicious paired with the most perfect Italian white wine. Have recommended this restaurant to everyone. I initially bought a ticket to the Gnocchi masterclass, however, realized I double booked. The team at the restaurant were extremely accommodating and gave me a gift voucher to use instead.
Exceptional service, i flew down from Qld to take my 80yo mother their for a Bday Lunch. She loved it. It was worth every cent to see how happy she was. Thank you ๐
A lovely evening dining experience with warm, attentive and friendly customer service. You can see some age through the interiors of the restaurant, but the operator has kept the place well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and greeted us immediately as we entered the premises where we were escorted to our pre booked table. We ordered the feed-me menu and each portion was very generous and we ended up taking away leftovers. The pasta and pizza was very nice, but the tomato sauce based prawn cocktails were mediocre. However, for the price you pay, you canโt expect them to give you top of the line seafood ingredients, so thatโs not an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful night at the restaurant and would recommend any travellers coming to Ballarat to give this restaurant a try.
Best linguine nelle alle marinara, resemble the taste of Italy not joking, generous portion with mains. Will find the photo I took and upload it later. With the amount of dishes, quality and portion, they are doing it at a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back again. Especially the dessert is just AMAZING and I really enjoyed it.
We had reservations for a table of 10 for an anniversary dinner. It was pretty busy so reservations for smaller parties may be needed as well. Once we arrived we were greeted right away and Sat immediately. Our server greeted us shortly after we sat down and got our drink orders. After some time and looking over the menu we were able to order. Our waitress seemed to struggle with some of the questions and requests but we worked through it regardless. Our food came out in a timely manner, for the most part everyone was pleased with there meal. The ossobuco wasn't up to par but it wasn't terrible. My ravioli were good and the sauce was decent. Overall all our meals were good. We had a bunch of desserts but the stand out were the cannoli , the filling was rich and creamy and just tasted really good. We really had a nice time and would return again to try some other dishes.
